1. All products marketed by Modbox Informática enjoy periods of warranty for the legally established for the commerce of consumer goods.
2. The warranty covers both the labour-as the parts to replace.
3. The warranty will be invalidated under the following circumstances:
-- Scams and / or inadequate transport.
-- Do not follow the instructions for use and management.
-- Plant defective and / or installation of errors.
-- Installation and / or connection of peripheral elements not compatible with the product.
-- Supply Voltage incorrect.
-- Manipulation by staff not qualified, or manipulation of any seal or label of identification / control.
-- Damage to events or natural disasters such as storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, fires, etc. ... affect or not the electrical supply.
4. The warranty does not cover the impact due to problems with software or computer viruses.
5. Modbox Informática makes no commitment to any urgent repair.
6. To carry out the repairs, Modbox Informática may well replace parts or the entire second unit considers appropriate.
7. The classification of the damage, and whether or is not covered by the warranty, will be of Modbox Informática.
8. All repairs must be authorized by Modbox Informática for that the customer should ask Modbox Informática by email SERVICOCLIENTE@MODBOX.COM.PT (or in case of delivering the defective product in our offices) an authorization number of repair (RMA number) indicating , the most detailed possible, the problem of product.
9. All interventions in the warranty period will take place on the premises that Modbox Informática or the manufacturer if they deem appropriate.
10. Once the customer has received the RMA number should properly packaged products and will reach the direction specified by the manufacturer or Modbox Informática. The costs of transport run charged to the customer.
11. The Modbox Informática return the product, once repaired: the postage is paid as security, the postage due is out of warranty or there that send to other parents separate from Portugal, or against repayment of 30 euros (a concept of Spending for verification) is still being presented not warranty any damage.
12. Transportation warranty: In case of impact in receipt of the product, that is, that it reached with some defect, should give part to the carrier within a maximum period of 24 hours after the delivery, so that it can make the collection and to reposition the product .
